
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and we understand that life happens! To ensure we can serve all our clients fairly, please review our policy.
Cancellations:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appintment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Shows:
A "no-show" is when a client misses an appointment without notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
Late arrivals may still be charged for the full service booked.
Payment & Booking:
We kindly ask the fees for late cancellations or no-shows be paid before booking your next appointment.
For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Premiere Groups or Packages:
For services of 2 or more guests - or 4+ services, a credit card will be needed to secure your appointments. You may cancel your appointment without charge any time the business day preceding your appointment.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the amount of the scheduled services on the card provided. All no shows will be charges full value of scheduled services.
